Platform Support Specialist - (190001BV)
Responsibilities
    The appointee(s) will be involved technically in configuring and supporting the latest online courseware platforms and managing learning management platforms (such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.) while providing technical knowledge to teachers and users. 
Requirements
    Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines; (ii) good analytical, organizational and communication skills, and creativity; (iii) the ability to maintain, manage, customise and develop current and new learning management systems; (iv) the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with external users; (v) experience in content management systems, prior administration of Open edX, Coursera, FutureLearn, Moodle, Blackboard and Canvas; (vi) good skills in various operating system environments, including Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, etc.; (vii) the ability to work independently and in a team environment; (viii) the ability to multitask, including dealing with system users. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, as long as the candidate is motivated to learn in a dynamic environment.

    The appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
